The Conference on Precision Engineering (COPEN) was spearheaded by IIT Madras in 2000 to bring the academicians, researchers and practicing engineers for sharing their experiences in the field of precision engineering. It has gained wide acclaim over the years and reached an international status in 2006. The eleventh international conference is being organized by IIT Indore during December 12 th -14 th , 2019.
